Restored Step Challenge

Restored Step Challenge

Join us for a 30 day step challenge, Sunday 1st March 2026. This challenge will take you on a journey to physical and spiritual restoration. The goal is to gradually increase your movement every week whilst reflecting on personal growth and joining a community.

Within the 'Restored' community you will start:

Week 1 - Know your body is a gift and acknowledging it's capabilities

Week 2- Push past your comfort by relying on God's power, not your own

Week 3 - Consistency and overcoming the temptation to quit

Week 4 - Finishing strong, carrying this renewed spirit forward

Everyone who joins will be at different fitness levels, this is all about establishing a routine and making it work for you as an individual. Changing a habit, instead of sitting on a phone call, doing a 'Walk N Talk', can change your life dramatically.

For those who want or need accountability, this will give you the extra push especially during those cold days, when no one wants to get up and do that 'Lunchtime Walk'. Organised community walks for those who are local, so you're not having to do it on your own, or use it for your time to pray with the Lord, go over your business ideas and have a time to reflect and think. Make new habits in 2026!!!

Be intentional, walk to the train station instead of driving your car, increase your goal steps as the weeks go by. Don't be shy, join in on the fun and build community with others around you who are trying to find their feet in the fitness world. This isn't just about walking; it's about consistency, discipline, and reclaiming your daily movement.

The Goal - Hit your personalised daily step target everyday for 30 days

The Competition - Join in on the fun to get the highest daily steps within the community

The Prize - The individual with the highest steps will win a Restored Women's gym set or Hoodie
